The agreement

You agree to upload only data you have the right to upload. Don't use the service to process data for a client without their consent. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.

Bookkeeper accounts are reviewed and approved individually. We may decline or revoke access at any time if we believe an account is being used to violate these terms or applicable law.

AI extraction and categorization are tools to expedite a CPA's workflow — they do not replace professional judgment. Every output is meant to be reviewed and refined by the CPA before being used for tax filings, regulatory reporting, or client deliverables.

We make best-effort accuracy claims but do not guarantee that extracted transactions or AI-generated categorizations are correct. The CPA is responsible for the final output.

We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee for the demo or trial tiers. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may interrupt access without prior notice during this early-access period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin Data Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any direct claim is limited to the fees paid in the trailing 12 months.

We'll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by email to active accounts.
